Ok, I got tagged by and this results in my first journal entry ever. I had thought about writing one before but being tagged forced my hand. After all, being tagged is the first part of a social contract that has to be fulfilled with the posting of a journal entry. (If you know the Big Bang Theory you'll get my drift )

Rules:

1) Post these rules.
2) Each person tagged must put eight random facts about themselves.
3) Tagged ones should write a journal about these facts.
4) At the end of the post tag eight more deviants
5) Go to their page telling them they're tagged.
6) No tagging back for the obvious reasons.

Facts

1) I normally go by the nicknames/user name "Yurai" which stands for Yulay (my real name) in Japanese. They don't have the "l" letter so it becomes an "r". Unfortunately it was taken in dA by someone who isn't even using it.

2) I studied English Literature in university only because my English was good and got a high marks on the entrance exam... and I failed at the art exam -_-'

3) I was destined to be translator or something but after the university as I was looking for job an old friend called me and asked if I was still drawing and if I would like to work as an illustrator/graphic designer. And thats how my life turned around

4) Even though my English is not perfect I sometimes am more comfortable with it than my native tongue that's why I always read English books.

5) I'm extremely lazy. I usually need to a reason to complete my works. That's why I either have to be psyched up or have some expecting results. That's when I create my best works.

6) I love games and toys. I go to a toy store when I get paid hoping some new cool toys are out. And I "waste" a lot of time with games. I should draw more and play less but what can I say, I guess I'm addicted.

7) I just realized how hard it is to find some facts about myself -_-'

8) I'm such a sci-fi fan that ones in a while I do feel the need of some sci-fi product in my veins It's gets worse when it's a dead season for sci-fi and thats when I watch Star Trek:TNG series's from the beginning. Thank god it hasn't happened recently especially since this summer seems to be the sci-fi summer.

I also am sorry that I haven't posted anything new for a while. It's because I'm crazy busy at work and I don't want to look at the Photoshop or the Illustrator when I get home. Hopefully I will have some time soon enough.
